When you register an account through 海云星, you need to provide an email address, login password, and nickname to activate the account. You may also voluntarily bind third-party accounts and enter an invitation code. After registering, you can log in using your account, password, and verification code.
If you are an Administrator authorized by a Business User, you may register sub-accounts for other Authorized Users and manage their permissions. To assist an Administrator in setting up sub-accounts, the Administrator must provide us with the account information of the Authorized Users. When a Business User or Administrator authorizes us to collect an employee's personal information for this purpose, they must ensure that the employee's informed consent has been obtained.
When you wish to complete your account profile, you may voluntarily upload additional personal information through the platform, including binding third-party accounts, uploading addresses, and entering the information of a person in charge.
Some of our products or services require payment. When you need to use paid products or services, you will need to provide your bank card information or complete payment through a partnered third-party payment institution (e.g. WeChat Pay, Alipay). We obtain buyer order information from the third-party platform on which the End Individual placed the order, for the purposes of order fulfillment and customer management, including the order amount, recipient country/ region, order number, order/payment time, order status, order details (buyer name, buyer email, shipping address, notes), and customer information (buyer account, country/region, order amount, order quantity, payment amount, number of payments, refund amount, number of refunds, and last order time).
When collecting personal information of End Individuals, Authorized Users must ensure that informed consent (including separate consent where required) or another lawful basis under Chinese law has been obtained.
When using this service, an Authorized User may manage and maintain Business Contact information, typically including logistics contacts and warehouse contacts. We collect Business Contact information uploaded by Authorized Users or obtained from third-party platforms, including the contact's name, phone number, address, email, and payment information.
When entering a Business Contact's personal information, Authorized Users must ensure that informed consent (including separate consent where required) or another lawful basis under Chinese law has been obtained.
For personal information we collect while providing services as an entrusted processor, the Business User is, in principle, responsible for informing you of the purpose, manner, and scope of collection and use.
